Travel Diaries | New York 2012
With a city this beautiful, this vibrant and full of life, how could I not fall in love?
We went around exploring the New York for days. My cousin and I would wake up early to catch the 7:30am train ride to the city, and go home around 1:30am the following morning. We listed down the places we wanted to see, and made sure we visited every one of them before calling it a day.
But days didn’t seem enough. There were still so many things left undone and places unexplored; It makes me want to go back.
And I made myself promise that I will.
Very soon.
NYC Prenuptial Shoot | Miguel + Wena
Got an opportunity to be part of a prenuptial shoot in New York early this May. I worked alongside LA-based wedding photographer Justin who flew in NY just for this shoot. (He is also a Filipino!) We walked around Manhattan and Brooklyn, transferring from one subway to another to find the perfect locations for this beautiful couple. But in such photogenic city, it wasn’t really hard to find. <3
Took these snapshots in between the shoot even though I was really there as a videographer. Hahaha!

Summer’s Quarter
For months I have longed for adventure.
Away from all the strain
and away from the mundane.
A gist of it in the first
quarter of summer.
But I know there are more—
Places to venture,
People to see,
Cultures to breathe,
Journeys to experience.
And I can’t wait.
